RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Frisbie Custom Works, we take pride in the quality of our work and stand behind the products we create.
Custom & Personalized Products
Because our products are custom-made, personalized, engraved, or produced specifically for you, all sales of custom and personalized products are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds due to customer error, change of mind, or incorrect information provided when placing an order.
Please carefully review all names, spelling, dates, sizes, colors, quantities, artwork, and other personalization details before submitting or approving your order.
If We Made a Mistake
If Frisbie Custom Works made an error in producing your order, or if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly work with you to correct the issue.
For damaged or defective items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we may authorize a return or arrange an appropriate resolution. Returns must receive prior approval from Frisbie Custom Works.
Please contact us at info@frisbiecustomworks.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos showing the problem when applicable.
Depending on the circumstances, we may repair, replace, or otherwise correct the affected item at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Because production on custom orders may begin shortly after an order is placed, cancellations or changes are not guaranteed. If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has begun, the order may no longer be changed or canceled.
Non-Custom Products
If we offer products that are not customized or personalized, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery regarding any return request. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Contact us before returning any product so we can provide instructions.
